Component Degassing

Degassing is the process by which a material will emit gases from its surface. At the microscopic level, surfaces that appear featureless still emit gases. Intlvac systems like the Aether provide a high temperature vacuum environment to bake out components to remove the trapped gasses within their surfaces, like water vapour which is infamously difficult to remove. When volume is increased up to high pressure it creates a pressure difference between the small crevasses on surfaces that house molecules, and the chamber itself.
